Sigg aluminum water bottles might be a lighter alternative to a stainless steel water bottle, but with stainless there is no need for a proprietary resin. The decision is up to you whether you want to go with a designer bottle with some sort of resin lining in it, or a stainless steel bottle that has no need for a lining.
